STORY:
This is my second book by the author and 3rd book in the series. JD, love you and all, but I needed to read Luke’s story ASAP, sorry. P.S: you still fine as hell. Book 2 is about JD, Jake’s best friend from book 1. Luke is Jake’s younger brother.
After reading both books, it’s the story telling that gets you. The author has a way of conveying the story to you like you are there and apart of this family. She has a way of connecting all these characters without confusing you which is fulfilling while making you laugh as well. Such talent. With a few more books under her belt, can you imagine what will be produced?
Luke and Vivian, OMG, the constant bickering of enemies was like listening to two toddlers going at it all the time, and you were the parent rolling your eyes praying for it to end. The bickering was entertaining though so that’s a good thing. Once all that bickering ends, they love so good.
CHEMISTRY:
Luke and Vivian are so sexy together. I find their chemistry appealing and entertaining. I’m sorry, I think Luke, the younger brother at 23 might have surpasses his brother Jake in the bedroom. Luke can be my enemy any day just so we can make up.
SECONDARY CHARACTERS
The Clark family and Vivian’s family are all connected, and I enjoy every single member on both sides. I don’t want this series to end. I hope there will be a book with Steve.
Overall, I was entertained, I like the way the story was conveyed to me, I like that it was funny, and it was also sexy and steamy.
***I don’t equate these stories to real life. It’s about personal taste and what you would or want to tolerate with the books you read. I know we all have different opinions and preferences with what we read and hope this review was helpful.

I have to admit that I am very skeptical about Crash. This is my first read by Miss Sola. And to my surprise, I enjoyed it very much.
It started with skeptical and I ended up in love with Luke. He is such sweet sweet man. I wish the hate chemistry can be prolonged a bit more so I can feel the chemistry. Miss Sola hits the spot in telling us the hate to love romance.
The plot/ drama is standard. Ex girlfriend, trust issue, family issue. I am impress with Miss Sola ability bringing this story alive and sweet. Credit to Luke.
Overall this is a wonderful read to start my weekday.

Easily, this author has managed to creep into my book world stratosphere. I can’t yet begin to stress the fact of how fascinated I am with this author’s work.
Ms. solo brings her characters to life like a live Disney play. Each emotion, each dialogue feels like it’s been strained through a fine tube compressor.
The crush was one of the best enemies to lovers book I’ve read in a long time. The high bar that was set in, this was met with a ten across the display panel.
This book again captured our characters true form traits. Luke and Vivienne were both in denial of the feelings they had towards each other. And the push then pull—and the I hate you then I love you build up was structured in a compelling manner.
In the third installment we get Luke and Viviene story. Luke is Jake’s you get a brother and Viviene is Sandra cousin. Both characters are deeply passionate but are facing anger, sadness, brief moments of miscommunication. They both and to deal with incredibly difficult issues such as parents resentment and even abortion.
Although the book was solely about Luke and Viviene, we get to experience how much Jake and Sandra are still very much in love and how all their lives intertwined. A great deal of the story focuses on how you can live through hardships, and that there is hope. It performs all of this masterfully, and it makes you feel every second of both characters' feelings. The love and her hate that Luke and Viviene both had for each other was cute and it made you root for them to be in one accord.
At times the book made me want to yell, and I do appreciate the fact that the author showed how each Luke’s family accepted the changing world and was very much welcoming. Both families were fine with their children loving someone outside their race.
At times Viviene made me want to strangle her to kicks some sense into her brain because of her hardheadedness. I was too taken aback by Viviene parents, they put her through hell, however, she never let that deter her from attaining her goals. She found love through this hopelessness and stayed along the right course in fulfilling her dream.
I’m glad I gave this author a chance and picked up her book. This book had many layers and with many important lessons, learn along the way, and for that reason I’ve highlighted is the reason why I’m urging everyone to read it.

Crash is at the top of my best of 2020.
Fantastic writer that she is, Evelyn Sola saved the best for last* with CRASH, her amazing new adult enemies to lovers romance full of angst that gets the push pull between lovers just right.
After their rocky start which is all spitfire and immature will they won’t they, I had to fan myself with my kindle, because Vivi and Luke pack all the frenemies-can’t-fight-destiny emotional feels this book drew out. READ IMMEDIATELY. Quit reading and one click this book.
This may be the third book in Evelyn Sola’s first romance series, but gawd can she write. She has blown my mind with these fantastic characters. Crash is exactly right. It’s ridiculously addicting as are Vivi and Luke, UNF LUKE! What a hottie. I’ve thought of them all day hours after finishing. Vivi is so vulnerable and the way the story unfolds, I loved her. She needs Luke and I loved her journey to figuring her life out.
Luke! Holy hell. Sola found a new level with him. He’s perfect and he’s not, omg he’s such a fun mess, I’ve been waiting for his book. I loved how confident he was and how wrong he could be at times, and how he and his family were was the salve that Vivi needed. H I love a white knight, and I can read all the filthy and flirty things he says and does over and over.
I could go on, but you should be clicking on this book already. Incredible love story.
I read it in one sitting, real life be damned, it's THAT good!
*I cannot pick between Jake and JD. These men. whew

Crash is Book 3 of the Clark Family series by Evelyn Sola. I jumped into this series with Book 2 and even though this story focuses a lot more on the Clark Family this time around, I followed along just fine. In fact, I loved that you could feel the heat rolling off the pages between Luke and Vivi. Slow burn and intense are just a couple of the ways I'd describe their connection. It was obvious that initially they were fighting their attraction to each other with their "hateful" banter.
I am fairly new to this author, in that this is only the 2nd book I have read of hers, but I think it's awesome that she is not afraid to tackle some tough topics in her stories. Overall, this was an amazing story and I cannot wait to see what she has in store for us next.

Vivi finds herself in a difficult situation as she has a close relationship with her family but not with her parents. When things reach a breaking point, she goes to her cousin Sandy for help which now puts her in daily contact with the one man who goes out of his way to be hurtful as he is her cousin’s brother in-law.
From the first meeting between Luke and Vivi got off to a bad start and it has only escalated over time. It is only when they find themselves having to work together that they realize they are much better lovers than enemies but first they both must heal from their pasts.
No matter what the situation the chemistry between them is off the charts and although their journey had its ups and downs there is no doubting that they are perfect for each other.

3.5 StarsI enjoyed the one-upmanship in Luke and Vivi's relationship. The stink bomb incident was crafty ... dare I say, maniacal payback! The supposed motivations of Tori didn't quite work for me. She had him right where she wanted him ... so why didn't she proceed. What better way for a
Gold Digger to trap a man than to saddle him with a baby. Why decline to see him when he went to visit after the procedure. It made me think that she was up to something, but the story never went there.
As mentioned, these two were very immature at times and a bit sappy for my taste. I enjoyed when Vivi claimed her man and the family dynamics in the story.

Such a great story. I loved the storyline and the plot was entertaining. Loved the characters of Vivi and Luke and they had great chemistry. This story had action, was so funny, hat fire, and lots of passion. These two were made for each other, they had some obstacles to overcome but their connection was really strong. Can't wait to read another story. I received a copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

😍😍😍😍😍😍Evelyn please keep writing I want all of the stories, every last one you can churn out! Wow all of your books give me everything i would want humor, romance, fire sex scenes strong M/F leads and bomb supporting characters. Luke and Vivi made my heart sing they were worth the wait. The way you handled Vivi's struggles spoke to me and I liked how the the dynamics were not wrapped up in a neat bow.
Now I really would like a novella on Tash and Chris backstory too.

OMG. GIVE ME MORE!! I seriously LOVE these two. What an Amazing read and So Well Written. I praise your writing skills. The way you can have 5 or more characters and yet each character has a voice that comes alive. It’s absolutely incredible and aspiring. I absolutely adore Luke and Vivi. Young love is so intense and refreshing. These two destine to be from the start. Even their “hatred” for each other was full of lust and passion. Luke Clark, is so easy to love. He’s charismatic, loving, charming and a barbarian lol with a wicked tongue. A tongue use for both loving and lashing. His love for ViVi is so genuine and pure.
Vivi, my strong will, passionate, feisty, smart and gorgeous heroine. So much love to give but so much pain. She knows exactly what she wants and needs. She’s honest and isn’t afraid to speak her mind. I desperately want more of these two. I can’t get enough of Luke and Vivi. Even when going at each other’s throats it make the make up all that much sweeter:).
These two deserved a happy ending after all they’ve been through. I just want the story to continue.

Luke loves Vivi & Vivi loves LukeI received this book recommendation from Unique Words LLC. This is the third book from the Clark family and I sure hope it ain't the last they got to have cousins out there. I've been waiting on Vivi and Lukes story really since they bump into each other in Crave. This book did not disappoint in the telling of their story. I've read a lot of enemies to lovers story but I have to say this is going down as one of my fave. Their fighting was hilarious and their love was hot to read. Glad I was able to see previous couples as well but Vivi shine through this book. Love to see her fire and I definitely love when she was giving it back to Luke. These two were made for each other and it really bleed through the pages.

Man Crash was utter perfection in my eyes, even without a ton of twists (that's usually my happy place). Vivi & Luke didn't start out great as they didn't see eye to eye on anything so they were a bit too much with the particular push & pull they took me on, but people in the real world just aren't perfect, they have different flaws. However, even with all the combative interactions, the sparks were flying everywhere so it was only a matter of time, and when that time came?! PREPARE FOR SUCH HEAT YOU'LL WANNA TAKE A COLD SHOWER! Yes, I put that in all caps because I mean, it was HOT HOT HOT! Once the chemistry floodgates opened up, we then have a great journey ahead because these two are each other's person, and I couldn't get enough as they actually started to get past the snarky outer shell. I'm telling y'all, YOU NEED THIS BOOK so hit those one click buttons! I know this review is short & sweet, but no one needs to waste time reading reviews vs just experience the perfection that is Crash! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!

This..was good...ish.
Lucas is one of those book boyfriends you can't help but to love but it isn't obvious up front. He's got a kind heart even though the focus being on the antagonistic nature of their relationship the first few chapters makes that fly right under the radar for a while.
My overall issue was with the heroine, Vivie. Theres childhood emotional trauma and damage, but I do feel like it was way over the top in terms of how she projected it on Lucas and how she navigated her life as a result. There are things no reasonable person is going to assume no matter what and she assumed them all to the point it dictated her every thought. The other side of that is that he could talk til he was blue in the face and she wouldn't accept it. But one or two words from a family member and boom-each time, it clicked. Got to be silly by the end.
Still, hot lovin' and a hot book boyfriend with solid writing overall. Can't complain much in this genre.

Luke Loves Vivi and Vivi Loves Luke
And I love all the Clarks (even the unofficial ones). Crash was the perfect conclusion to the Clark Family Series. You got a peek inside what has been happening with my first love Jake as well as with Jason and Alex. I will not lie I have been waiting for Luke since Crave and this book did not disappoint. I love a slow burn enemies to lovers and I got just that with Luke and Vivi. They start out hating each other, even if everyone in the room can see that isn’t the case at all, go to a truce then full blown love. It is that sweet sort of first love (which I think for both of them they are each other’s first love). The kind where you think it will last forever because you cannot imagine your heart not feeling that way. This is the love Luke and Vivi have. They are for sure flawed. Luke is immature. He has a lot of feelings and does not always know how to express them. He deals with depression and lashes out because of it. Vivi has her own trauma from her childhood and at times works so hard to keep the bad out that she doesn’t know how to let the good in. You see it with her mother. You see it throughout her relationship with Luke. They both learn and grow together. I think that is what I loved the most that they sort of are growing up together because of each other. Like Luke said, “What we have is the real deal. We have what my parents have. What my brothers and their wives have. It’s not always pretty, but it’s always beautiful.” AND HOT can’t forget that because OMG is it HOT. Can’t wait to see what this author puts out nest!
