Interesting Well written and interesting this is an in depth journey that has lots of adventure packed within small walking distance don’t expect the intrepid characters to get to the end any time soon and I love that I sometimes feel litrpg writers are All about the battle scenes they rush it and this is disappointing to me because I like the life parts The character interaction the little bits that makes it interesting so I like this take and I can’t wait for the next

4 But Did We Win? StarsSovereign Rising is the third installment into The Gods’ Game LitRPG series by Rohan M. Vider.
I had hoped we would reach the Elder Forests in this book. It is honestly the most interesting just by concept alone. With many diverging paths crossing; the ancient elf race once allied with Crota, the awake trees, the many beasts hidden within, Misteria’s plans for the area, and The Heart. So many mysterious just waiting to be deciphered!
Each book brings with it a new god to confront; Iyra’s champion Sara tracking Kyran, Xetyil’s revenge for the loss of his champion Lesh, Misteria’s secret exploits within Crota, and Kharmadon’s unexpected attack on goddess Iyra. Hopefully this series doesn’t turn out to be too long. The story progresses somewhat slowly, but has yet to exceed what is acceptable. (At least in my own opinion.)
I’m hopeful Mirien will become Kyran’s vassal in the future. While The Brotherhood professes lofty goals and ascribes to a certain level of morality with their claims of ousting the gods and their mistreatment on the masses. Aiken is right that they are without honor. Given their penchant for abandoning their own, ‘for duty’.
Yay! More allies! Ogre’s this time around. Sadly, no official contact with the dwarves as of yet, even given their prevalence in this book alone. Alas, all is not lost. They have gained much in the 100+ ogre community, with the wyvern mother and her clutch increasing their growth in strength greatly.
I wonder how the eventual meeting with Sara will affect Kyran? It is not hard to see it is ever more likely an alliance can not be achieved. How well will he face having to not only turn away from her, but labeling her an enemy as well? Sara’s doubt in her goddess’ path is touched on many a time. All hope is not yet lost.

Good book, but feel a bit missing.
For once, I think there was too much "padding" devoted to descriptors. Having full descriptions at the end of chapters work out, but having the very same descriptor you already had in the chapter itself repeated makes it far too annoying.
Otherwise, the progression is good, but the plot, reversals, counter-moves, and so on feel a bit too expected. There are no big surprises, only additional background information.
Seeing a next tome following this fairly soon (already on pre-order) makes me think the author wrote both, and that the books will actually telescope a bit in their scopes. I will probably not take the time to revise my rating once the next book releases, but I think this will probably benefit if it was read along with book 4.

Worth the waitBeen looking forward to this books release ever since the last one came out and was in my opinion worth the wait.
The MC finally escapes but still on the run from new pursuers sent by Xetil. In order to secure his survival he must advance his skills and choose a class to specialise in while also looking for allies to aid him in the barren mountains he finds himself in.
A new member joins his group, and though Aiken trusts her it's unknown whether placing faith in the elven woman is foolhardy.
If you enjoyed the previous books you don't need my recommendation, just buy it already.

Solid, but slowIt's a good addition to the series, but is very slow. It starts very slow, picks up a bit, and then keeps dragging on. The plot structure is not well-balanced into classically defined acts, making the plot feel like a continuation of events instead of having a rise and fall. Much of the book could have been cut to have a swifter tone and make room for relevant plot points and storyline progress.

This story continued with another excellent book in this series. Kyran and the gang continue to be great and the overall plot is starting to take shape and i am very interested in how it will all turn out :) My only major complaint was that there was another "main" character in this book and i just wasn't that much of a fan of them throughout this whole book.
Overall i loved this and i will be continuing on with the series. 8.75/10

I just finished all 5 books in the first arc of this series and I absolutely loved them all, lots of excitement and many interesting characters. I found the many battles to be interesting and the use of the characters spells and abilities well used. I also loved the involvement of many wild beasts in the story as well as many non-human characters. Very well written Rohan M. Vider, thank you for many hours of entertainment and I look forward to reading the second arc to this series!

Can’t wait for the next bookI really do wish these stories were longer or came out quicker as they tend to pull you in and just as you’re wanting more you have to wait lol. I do appreciate how the MC solves problems though I really hope we realized he needs to expand a campaign of his own. Seriously can’t wait for the next book!

Book three Mistakes: I found only one, but I still think that the Game Data pages are a waste and used to bump up the page count.
Plot: Finally on the surface our hero and his companions must make it out of the mountains while being chased by agents of the gods.
Characters: Plenty of growth and decent interactions.
7/10

Interesting Story This story of a guy who was accidentally pulled into a Gods game planet with the summoned champion is fantastic. No god claims him so he becomes a free agent. After he becomes stronger, the gods try to recruit him or kill him if he refuses. Great story but hard to get back into

I found this book rather weak and the story progressed only slowly. The gods are too obsessed with the MC. I didn´t like the trolls in this story as they are very unlike traditional trolls (big, slow, regenerating, weak against fire etc). If the author wants to introduce another race that is okay but he should not just try to mould an existing one to his story...

Does not disappoint A very enjoyable read. Great character development and interaction. Story is progressing nicely with both the personal development and the bigger picture. Can’t wait to read the next installment. Bring it on!

A great concept and a world thar breaths with life through the authors efforts to create it. Read it you won’t be disappointed.
