note to self: never give your OP fake fiance's guard a handkerchief with a dragon embroidered on it

When I realized this one was added on GR:

GOSHHH I LOVE THIS.
Literally the same premise from "Empress from Another World'' but done better.
This is one of the few "reincarnated into another word" stories I will ever consider GOOD. First of all, they actually show her face before she gets reincarnated, she's also not OP with overwhelming power or brains, she knows her limits so she studies about it. She is also the first character I've seen to be guilty towards the parents over taking over their daughter's body. She handles her emotions well and is the right amount of smart and cunning. AND ALSO I REALLY SHIP HER WITH NOAH!!!! (≧∀≦)

I really like the MC, she is so badass and not typical shojo MC. She also doesn't blush too much and is independent.

She also doesn't blush too much and is independent. I love the relationship between her and the Duke because they can stand on equal grounds. Btw, there are many hotties and I dont mind if all of them ends up being in love with her because she is such a good character!
I cant recommend it enough!!

This was SOOOOOOOOO good!! Well exceeded my expectations and made me laugh SO much!!
I cannot even begin to describe how fun of a read this story is! I think it took a little time for me to get sucked in, but goodness, once I was, that was it! I could NOT stop reading!! Once I started, I could not finish until the end, and GAH! Why must I have to wait for the next volume?! This series will definitely be on my list of I-must-read-it-as-soon-as-it-arrives!
I absolutely LOVED Raeliana and how strategic she is! I also loved her surprise when things worked in how "simple" it seemed and how she adored her younger sister. I also thought it touching that she felt bad for "tricking" her "family." That was moving and really felt that. <3
Anddd ooohhhh boy! The Duke! Goodness, I will confess that he is a handsome man and could not get enough of his conversation with Raeliana! THE UNDERLYING SNARK AND CLEVERNESS!! I'm 1000% here wanting this ship to sail and am DEEPLY enjoying see things unfold because of the contract! They both have a chemistry that leaps off the page and could not stop laughing at some of their antics and conversations. SO very good!
While it was a very minor part, I absolutely loved the conversation about not judging others based off their looks nor looking down on someone because of their race. Very minor, but very powerful and speaks a lot of Raeliana's character.
The art is GORGEOUS!! Very shiny and colorful and keeps you admiring every page even if you're trying to focus on reading the dialogue! LOL!
I thought the story was also very good and loved how the author wove in small tidbits of world building without being overwhelming. Well done!
I so much enjoyed this first volume and so sad that it's over! Raeliana is such a fun character to follow and even more so when Noah is involved (though she would probably not like me saying so LOL)! I truly cannot wait to read more in this series and look forward to the anime as well! Highly recommend!!

I love this more than life itself - I mean, fake dating, awesome characters, and beautiful art? It literally has everything.

I won't lie, I've read this multiple times already. I am even in the process of buying the original light novels this series. I fell in love with Raeliana and Noah. And one of the many reasons for my loving this series is due to Raeliana not being blind and to denial how people are or who certain people feel for her and her ability to be honest and say exactly what needs to be said. But she isn't perfect and can miss the mark sometimes :)
Lovely isekai romance story. Simple, witty, charming and with a touch of mystery I am still waiting to uncover.

This is my favourite Manga to date. Noah's in so much trouble for Raeli it hurts. I want him. Raeliana is so hilarious. This Manga is hilarious. I love their relationship so much. The hand holding, the small touches, their banter. Season one was generous!

Yup it's official.
Isekai is LOVE!
Gah! This ongoing thing is gonna be the death of me!

This manga is completely in color which really compliments the lovely art. The story is the standard reincarnated into a novel trope and the fake-fiancé premise. Raeliana has made a bargain with a smiling devil to get out of an engagement with a fiancé fated to murder her. But has she traded one bad fiancé for a more dangerous one, and will her foresight save her this time? This volume was a strong start to this new series. I am excited to see where it goes.

At first like any isekai I’ve read, the way the MC dies is mostly over the top. I did get into it from the very start though but it became a drag fest after reading 26 chapters of this. I do understand why people might like this manhwa but to me, I felt the plot was poorly done and pretty generic enough if you ask me..

Season 1: (chapters 1-50)
Storyline: After dying in her own world, Eunha wakes up in a novel as the young woman Raeliana. She has everything going for her new life, a kind and relatively wealthy family who loves her...but she then remembers the plot of this book....Poisoned to death by her own betrothed?!
Eunha didn’t wake up in a novel’s story just to get killed off again as an unfortunate extra! To be used as a plot line for the main leads! No, in this world Eunha needs to take control of Raeliana's life and survive!
To change her story she needs a cover… 6 months pretending to be the fake fiancée of the novel’s male protagonist, Duke Noah Wynknight. But will this cold-hearted, angel-faced demon of a man really help her avoid another ill-fated ending?! Or will she be cursed to "die young"?

NON-SPOILERY THOUGHTS:
WOW! i was very, very, very pleasantly surprised by this one. everything about it is just so... GOOD. the characters are extremely likable, and the plot is complex and interesting. to top it all off, this manhwa turns the entire shoujo-isekai genre around by ninja-kicking its overused premise and cliches in the face.
in The Reason Why Raeliana Ended up at the Duke's Mansion, an ambitious, smart, yet unfortunate girl named Park Eun-ha is randomly pushed off a building by some mysterious person. after being murdered, she wakes up to find herself in a novel where she is a side character named Raeliana. we soon learn that Eunha in the real world was destined to die young... and that her character inside the novel dies young, too! so the newfound Raeliana quickly devises a plan to alter her destiny and remain alive.
Raeliana is a wonderful main character. she is unproblematic, bright, assertive, and witty, not to mention astonishingly attractive both outside and inside. she stands up for herself and those she cares about and isn't afraid to challenge the wrong. she is resourceful and graceful, always poised and ladylike in times of adversity or conflict. moreover, her banter with the other characters, especially the love interest, is highly entertaining. many of these chapters made me laugh because of some of the ridiculous and amusing situations Raeliana finds herself in.
the side characters are great, too. Raeliana's love interest, the duke, is intriguing, as well as his servants and underlings. all of their relationships are simply adorable to read about.
in summary, this manhwa is a good one to enjoy when you are looking for something with less drama and more plot. i can't wait to see just exactly how Raeli will conquer her destiny and keep on living a good life!

I enjoyed this a fair amount, it's fun and cute and the art is fairly consistent and aesthetic (although not an uncommon manga style, I still like the 'standard' style.) Buuuuutttt….. It's pretty badly written. Events invariably happen in the following way:
1. Thing happens. Obviously shown via art and unsubtle subtext.
2. 1st character thinks: 'oh what's that thing happening/why is he here' etc.
3. 2nd character brings up thing 1st character is already questioning in their head.
4. 1st character asks aloud what they already thought 2 seconds ago.
5. 2nd character explains thing anyone with a brain already gathered.
If you like it, honestly same. This is a great guilty pleasure read if you're looking for trashy romance. I'll almost definitely go back to this and then immediately delete my internet history so no one ever finds out, LOL!
